Beth Hoffman is an Iowa-based farmer and former journalist. She has reported on food and agriculture for NPR, The World, Latino USA, Living on Earth, and many others. She is the author of Bet the Farm: The Dollars and Sense of Growing Food in America, (Island Press, 2021).
